The bravura Helvetia Tour, successfully completed by the men and women of the 28 November 2021 referendum campaign, who took on this sacrificial feat to recall the past with their spectacular performances, historic Trychler sounds and eloquent manifestos at historical, down-to-earth twenty-six locations in three cantons every day for ten days in a row, this spectacular and anything but easy undertaking is unparalleled in Swiss history.

It is and remains truly a human and logistical tour de force to organise the more than 1,500km walk and to carry it out with iron discipline. All participants were willing to sacrifice work, holiday and free time to admonish adherence to our Federal Constitution.

They were tireless and persistent, demanding all their flexibility and improvisation until the last day in order to make a worthy conclusion in Upper Valais, a manifesto in defence of our Federal Constitution and our fundamental rights!

The collective singing of our meaningful national anthem (Swiss Psalm) filled our trychers each time with fresh courage and new strength, in the certainty that they were under the protection of the Almighty, to bravely and boldly master the Helvetia tour.

Once again our standing ovation and a heartfelt thank you to these great people for their unconditional and selfless commitment to defending our basic rights of a dignified Switzerland!

Heartfelt thanks to the countless people on the whole tour, for the welcome food, great support and touching hospitality of our Trychler!  Only together are we strong!

Many thanks also to the many, mostly friendly law enforcement officers, whom the Helvetia Trychler were able to encounter, decent and sometimes almost overprotective in their escort.
